Hotel
General
ADA accessible rooms must be assigned manually by hotel staff for this event. There will be 2-5 accessibility rooms available, based on family needs.
To reserve one:
• Follow the booking link and reserve a normal King or 2 Queen room
• Email goffeasleyreunion@gmail.com (mailto:goffeasleyreunion@gmail.com)or text Alexia Gaines (937-369-3657), and we will work with the hotel to directly assign you an ADA accessible room.
No, this will only reserve your room in our hotel block.
You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation, but no hold will be placed on your card until check-in on July 24, 2026. The card will be officially charged at check-out (at which point the $35/night discount will be applied).
Hotel staff confirmed this through email, and we also had a committee member reserve a room through the link to confirm no charge occurs when using the booking link.
Once the June 24th deadline has passed and/or all of the hotel rooms have been reserved, we cannot promise the hotel rate will be the same.
We are happy to work with you and the hotel to see if we can add additional rooms to our block, but you may have to reserve the hotel at the normal room rate (i.e. without the whole sale rate or additional discount applied).
