Coming from out of town for the family reunion? We've arranged for a hotel to block of a set of rooms to ensure you can book a space without worries. There are 2 different room options. So make sure to reserve your spot early to lock-in the option you want. Please note that the hotel block expires on June 26th, so plan accordingly!

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites is a newly renovated hotel located in the Castleton neighborhood in downtown Fishers. Parking and breakfast are complimentary. Other amenities include free Wi-fi, an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness room.
20 rooms are available at the following wholesale rate:

King Bed Room (5 available) - $184/night + tax

2 Queen Bed Room (15 available) - $194/night + tax
An additional discount of $35/night ($70 total) will be applied upon check-out on July 26, 2026. This will bring the total rate down to $149 + tax and $159 +tax, respectively.
If all rooms are reserved before the hotel block deadline, please let us know! We will work with the hotel to see if additional rooms can be added.

The hotel block expires on June 26th. Please book your rooms before then to guarantee your room reservation.
Quick Tip:
After entering your card information and pressing Book Now through the booking link, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
No hold will be placed on your card until check-in on July 24, 2026. The card will be officially charged at check-out (at which point the $35/night discount will be applied).
Should anyone need to arrive/depart earlier/later than the dates contracted, please let us know and the hotel can add rooms on the shoulder dates!
